Objective: Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) affects patients’ quality of life negatively. We aimed to examine the results prostate artery embolization (PAE) treatment for BPH in elderly patients with high comorbidity. Results: 15 patients, had history transurethral resection (TUR), 57-82 years old (mean 73.8), participated. PAE was administered diagnosis patient comorbidity, LUTS open prostatectomy. series, Qmax, IPSS, digital subtraction angiography (DSA) findings presented. The showed that pre-PAE post-PAE at month, value 25,13±1,92 11,4±6,51 (p=0,001), Qmax; 7,61±3,19 16,51±9,56 MRPV; 135,47±76,48 83,27±43,53 (p=0,001) also parameters statistically significant.
